Well I am very happy your company was able to assist after short notice. The first crew had a bit of a language barrier,but after speaking with the manager things got on track. The second crew seemed to be in a great hurry while moving my personal effects,quickly using no padding or wrapping I’m afraid half of my things will arrive unusable.

Movers were 10/10. Very kind, efficient, quick, and meticulous. They made sure none of my items were damaged and offered suggestions on how to organize my storage space. I will definitely recommend them and I advocate that they receive higher praise and compensation. I plan to use this service again and specifically request these two employees.

Excellent moving team, personable, well-groomed, respectful, and informative about the moving time. Scheduling is easy, but would like more options to make updating/changing information in an app instead of having to call each time to speak to a rep. Would like options to upload images and/or dimensions of items using Augmented Reality in the app, such as, for a sofa or dresser.
