Everyone I dealt with was very professional. The office personal walked me thru the process and explained everything along the way. The gentlemen that came to the house did an excellent job. They took great care with the stuff being moved and were very efficient.

The initial move went well, but two pieces of my furniture were not packed into my truck. I called 5 times, ultimately calling corporate, just trying to determine if they had the pieces. They finally confirmed they have the pieces but have not responded to any of my emails since. Would not ever recommend their service.

Excellent moving staff, we really appreciated the hard work Rob and Ray put in on our job. It was a pleasure working with them! Zero damage to the furniture and some of it had a lot of glass and was very fragile.

The two gentlemen that moved us were fantastic - the office in Buffalo not so much. The final bill was more than double what was quoted and in the middle of the discussion I was put on hold and then disconnected. I plan to write a very thorough Google Review.
