We had just moved into our home in Reno, Nv and realized we needed some furniture moved from upstairs to our first floor. Plus some other items taken to our storage shed. Christian and Tyler came in and in less than one hour had securely moved all items. Very pleased with them and the company. We thought the price was reasonable. Will use again if the need arises.

Overall it was a good experience with excellent customer service. I have some feedback that is pertinent to my giving a 5 star review. To begin, it would have been beneficial for me to know such a huge truck was being used for my move. One bedroom was all I had and it barely filled the truck. The truck was so huge I had to cancel us going to my storage unit since it simply would not fit in the narrow aisles. I am now having to move this myself. I had hoped to load my motorcycle as a consolation, plus I still could have fit my entire car in the truck there was that much room, but was refused unless I drain the gas tank. The last thing was not having veteran moving team. I’ve used two men and a truck in California and those guys moved me from 8 stories up in half the time. The entire move took way too long being they did not have the length of experience. The movers were awesome kids and I enjoyed the two. One veteran with a newbie would have been better. Plus, get a smaller truck for small moves. This experience taught me to ask specific questions I did not previously think to ask. Unless you get a smaller truck I would not use this company again.

There was a point where we waited for nearly 1.5 hours at the new office location for the furniture to arrive. Not sure exactly what happened there. Seemed a little weird to me and my wife. Jeff, Sam, and Christian were great and worked hard.
