The mover dropped my 2k shoe armoire from lift gate to asphalt destroying it. They left several items behind but did bring my kayaks to my new home after speaking with Ariana. To top it off you are only reimbursing me 500.00 for a new 2k shoe armoire. I am very unhappy with the situation. Also they chipped the corner of my wall leading into the Master Bedroom

Your team did such a great job. The office team was courtesy and easy to work with. They answer the phone which is personal service that you don't get these days. The team confirmed multiple times throughout the process, arrived on time, worked hard (didn't take breaks), were polite but not distracted by chatting and were careful with my belongings.
