They were great except for 2 things. 1. A lot of stuff was dropped. 2. I told the guys they were helping me fix a problem created by your movers recently. I told team 1 the xtra bedroom was for storage but they packed stuff in haphazardly and wasted space. I had this team rearrange it to make room. Multiple things were taken back to storage to open up the space. When they were done loading the storage space, I said it's really full in here, I won't be able to store more and the guy basically told me he didn't know I'd want to do that so he didn't pack things in as well as he could've. Why? That's twice now I've had to hire someone to do 1 job and it's still not done right. When I'm ready to move more to storage, I have to once again hire someone to rearrange things to create space. Why??

I was told they would take 30 minutes off because he stopped clock for 30 minutes to get wrap for furniture i didnt see that reflected in the price

Outside of one miscommunication at Two Men and a Truck's end - everything was fine. Things were packed exceptionally well- nothing was broken - good care was taken with my prize possessions !! The two Jessie's - the first time and Chad - Dillion- and Gene the second time were terrific. The second crew lead by Chad were amazing - very polite and so very helpful which lightened the stress of my moving considerably !!! Trevor and Sean/Shawn were absolutely amazing, got us moved in 2 ish hours; plus they were super nice. Will definitely be calling you guys again on our next move, hopefully we can request for those two next time, that were terrific!!!

The same mover helped me when I donated to heaven can wait. They were awesome then and they were awesome the second time. The movers really care about my items and me. Excellent service!

Sorry for delay in completing this survey. Haven't had internet in over a week. The crew was extremely helpful and careful with items. They were also flexible in how the items were unloaded as we had to use multiple storage units. I was very pleased with whole process. No surprises.

We moved many times over the yrs, andamp; Chad + crew were the absolute best ever! All 4 men were professional andamp; pleasant as could be. Even after 10 hrs of strenuous moving, they still had energy to keep working without ever complaining. Other than stopping for 15 minutes to eat some burgers we bought for them, they didn't stop andamp; this was a BIG move with very heavy furniture from a 2 story home. We highly recommend this company.... great crew and zero damage! My only complaint is that the estimator under estimated the cost (partly our own fault, as there were a lot of misc items that still needed to get boxed up). Also, he estimated two large trucks and they were 100% packed and filled, so we had to load the car andamp; trunk to fit everything. We still give these guys 5 stars! They were the best!

Your movers were prompt and showed up on time to the minute. Great job, in minimum amount of time. I will use your company again!

I must say as we all know moving can be quite stressful! Lol! From the moment I contacted Two Men and a Truck it was a great experience...front desk staff very courteous...to free estimate with Joe (Awesome)...packing crew was great...to the 4 men on moving day Fabulous...very upbeat and Professional....they all gave us a feeling of worry free! All went smoothly...great experience! It was a bit pricey but for us well worth the piece of mind. Thanks to everyone we worked with!
