All three movers were excellent and very friendly. We're veey careful with all the household items and worked very hard.

It started with VIP person who came out give an estimate of the items that had to moved. They gave misleading estimate that was no where near the price we paid for this move. I would suggest that the actual person involved in a move should be the one to come out and give a true assessment of what the price wlll be based on what he sees.

The estimator was misleading as 2 trucks and extra men were needed (not 1 truck and 2 men) to move some heavy furniture and cabinets. The moving team worked very hard and well above and beyond and got along very well. Very pleasant movers, much appreciation to them. The supervisor, Ronny is the best and coordinated everything to go smoothly when without him it could have gone "south." I would have no problem referring 2 Men and a Truck to anyone. Thank you very much for all the assistance during a hectic time of having to move. You're all the best!

I am very disappointed with the moving service. I was charged $120/hour plus travel fee. One guy was on the phone for almost an hour. They didn't know how to bring the sofa down, my husband has to help. They broke the sofa, damaged the paint, cursed and complaint the whole time. Didn't offer any apologies or discount. Very Very disappointed, will never use the service again !

It was a pleasant experience. The movers were very nice and courteous. They made things easier in moving our stuffs.

The men were poorly equipped for the job. One worker hardly worked at all, leaving the driver to handle mostly everything, alone. Packing took less than one hour, not the two hours reported and billed. I told the advance man that my furniture was very heavy, as each piece is mechanized. The movers were neither not aware nor adequately equipped. Consequently, the move took much longer than it should have.
