Everything was good except they did not fully screw in the screws when putting the bed together. It was wobbly and when I looked some of the screws were barely screwed in at all.

The third person was not needed for a 1 bedroom move, whether it's in a highrise or not. Felt like I was charged more than I should have been because they were moving pretty slow. They didn't have the necessary tools(drill?) needed to take the feet off the couches and used a wrench to take apart a bed, so that slowed them up. Also, the third person didn't have a blade so he removed the wrapping from my lamp with his car key? Was expecting a little more professionalism but overall it was a smooth move. Just felt a little slighted with the additional charges. For there to be three people moving a one bedroom unit with no boxes 10 minutes away, it shouldn't have taken over 3 hours.

I have never used professional mover before but recently widowed and overwhelmed. I tried to make it easy and they answered questions.

The moving team was excellent--took care with my furniture and other belongings, friendly, great representatives for you company. The only thing that was a problem was that the office did not tell me that the moving team was not allowed to disconnect and reconnect my washer and dryer. So I had to scramble at the last minute to find someone to do that. I had talked to the office twice about moving the washer and dryer.
