You are greatly disorganized. I spoke with many different reps, mainly Amber, and no one had my information correct, even after confirming it many times. The wrong time was listed for my move AND movers weren't going to be on time due to being double booked. People needed to work late just to complete my job so I feel bad for them, but they were correcting the mistakes of your employees. Terrible.

Jamal and his team were great! Jamal communicated well, was courteous and competent. They had to move an 800lb hot tub through narrow openings just barely big enough and they handled it very well and without complaint. Thank you Jamal and your team!

Tayvon and cliff were great. They were very professional but also jovial and I enjoyed being around them very much and they were very fast and efficient. I thought the whole thing was rather expensive however, I have used 2M&AT before and don’t remember it being so pricey, but the moving team and office were all great.
