Way overpriced to move a small 1-bedroom apt. No couches or anything larger that a circular table with 4 chairs had to be moved. I understand things weren't packed but we packed things fast enough to be loaded quickly and had many boxes packed by the time they arrived.
Would've been cheaper to have some friends help do the move. Lots of time wasted standing around and not working right away.

Packers and movers good to work with. Difficult move because I wasn't well prepared, but they hung in there and helped finish up packing and the loading and transport went well. I would recommend them. Only problem with office staff was their failure to return a phone call when I had to leave a voice mail.

The estimate was pretty accurate. The movers showed up on time and were friendly. They worked very hard to pack our belongings into the truck and unload at our new house. Our safe was badly scratched so a damage claim is in progress. We also noticed some damage to one of our expensive lamps. Overall, they seemed to care about our satisfaction.

Your reputation preceded you and was everything I had heard...excellent. Paul and his crew of four polite, well-groomed young men arrived on time in two trucks to move us 30 miles to our new home. They were careful but fast and had us out of our old house and into our new one in just over 8 hours. I wouldn’t have believed it possible if I had not seen them work. Could not have wished for better!
