My move was pretty much short notice & the office team was really great in helping me get everything taken care of. They called to make sure everything was noted correctly & if I needed to make any last minute changes. My moving team was Awesome. The young men were very professional & polite. They adhered to the Covid-19 guidelines & wore there masks. I'm very satisfied with your company.

The office never returns calls. It’s very frustrating. We had huge confusion between Diedre and Brian when 2 orders were created for packing & moving on a Sunday. Guys didn’t expect to move but did ok. One guy packed and that was tough. He didn’t label boxes, did not listen to direction, was clearly very unhappy all day. Brandon saved the job, great kid. Edward was fair. I’d have them both help!

Trisha,
First I am sorry to hear that we did not exceed your expectations on your pack and move. Your experience is not our goal as we strive for excellence. I am happy to hear that our customer care manager did get a hold of you and is working on getting your experience fixed. Thank you for the review.

The two men you sent to unload my truck were fantastic. Very polite, and they got everything done with no hassles.
Even more better, they were polite and enthusiastic about their jobs.
I expected a bad experience, and was very pleasantly surprised by how perfectly everything went. Justin and Gabriel were professional and everything was perfect.
Thank you for a pleasant, pain free experience.
