Sooo unhappy with my move!
The company damaged so much stuff and hid it from me. I found pieces of evidence that items were broken and removed off the premise. Items were also left at the old house after speaking with the team and going over everything during the walk thru.
The office staff was very rude and not at all helpful with issues. No one took responsibility and there was no remorse.

We would like to clarify that your concerns were formally submitted through our claims process and were reviewed and resolved in accordance with the valuation option selected at the time of your move. Our team worked to address each item submitted and provide a resolution based on those terms.
In addition, after your initial concerns were raised, we arranged for the crew to return promptly at no charge to further assist, something we provided as a courtesy.

Thank you for your service. Liz was wonderful in coordinating the move. Three movers came to assist my father and his neighbor. Overall, everything went well. The only feedback I have is that they didn’t wait for anne to show them where the trash bin was, and she mentioned they were a little sloppy with some items throwing them away rather than leaning them against the wall. Two Men and a Truck were incredibly helpful during my move. Between the office team consistently reaching out in regards to the information about my move, and the moving team during the actual move itself, this company has truly made my move so much easier and so much smoother. I definitely don't think I could have done it without them! I definitely recommend them :)

Team was on time, efficient, considerate during the packing/ moving experience! Shout out to Xavier,Dre and Nolan! Setting up the move with Liz too took care of the details of the move, quickly provided a quote and took care of any paperwork for property managers. It was easy to communicate with her re coordination of time plus providing required paperwork for property managers.
