Duane was responsive and clearly explained the process, including the flexibility in the schedule.

Skyler and Davon were absolutely outstanding. They were polite and positive. They hustled between loads and we’re extremely careful with our property. I was very pleased with their service.

The only reason I gave an overall of good and an acceptable to office team is that from the information I gave to the lady initially to reserve the movers was taken down incorrectly. We had two king size beds and other furniture moving to a 3rd floor apt. They showed up with just a van to move all of our stuff which was too much for one trip in the van. Movers were surprised when I said two beds and moving to 3rd floor. So they made two trips which I appreciate as I wasn’t able to move dates. Overall it got done and they did a great job I just think if the information I had provided originally was taken correctly then the move wouldn’t have taken so much longer than anticipated.

Our crew was great. We were out of our new house and into the new one in 3 hours. Will never use any other company for moving.

The team gave us a call before they came over to load up our containers. Since they had availability before our scheduled window, they asked if it were ok to come early. Of course we were ok with this development and within minutes 4 gentleman were at our house getting acquainted with our home and the items they would be moving to complete our job. They worked quickly and efficiently, asking questions along the way to ensure they would see to us having a good outcome. There were some cases where we had not packed all of our items due to lack of boxes, so it was awesome that they’d brought along extra packing materials. The team was great. Polite and courteous. We would definitely hire you guys again and will surely recommend your services to any of our acquaintances that have the need.

They took too long in unloading truck. They didn’t offer to put sectional sofa together. No care was given on how they stacked the items, bed rails were put on sofa,which could have punctured material. They never smiled, one appeared to be totally bored. One was disrespectful about condition of my house. I explained the situation of why it was in the condition. They made me feel uncomfortable, embarrassed. Very disappointed.

Two Men and a Truck were outstanding! 10 fold better than another local moving company that we had recently used.

I had a request --to have the team arrive at a specific time. Even though they had explained to me they do have a one hour window to arrive. I had arranged this move approximately 3-4 weeks prior. Each week I would call and again state my request of a specific time. The management team (Patty, Kathy and Bruce) said they would write this down (hot button) so everyone was aware. The day before the move, I again called and they said it was written as a request and they would try to honor this. The day of the move they did not arrive on time, as I had hoped. Mgmt called and said the movers was behind an accident on the interstate. However the movers stated that morning, they NEVER were told about a requested time and they sure could have been here earlier if they were aware of this request.

two men + a truck is always affordable + reliable - two very important things when moving!
