Both the office staff and our three movers were very polite, efficient, and handled my aunt’s move very professionally. I the first time I called I had made an error on her assisted living apartment number and when I called back, office staff had the update completed and new paperwork right back out to me. On move day everything went so smoothly which made an emotional day easier. Thank you!!

They arrived on time and did what we asked. I just feel at times they were in a hurry and scratched and damaged some of the walls and doorways by hurrying. My kitchen table has a big scratch on the top.. So I think if they just slow down a little, I know they’re trying to save people money by getting it done in a timely fashion, but less damage to walls and woodwork would’ve been better.

The office gal Kathy (i think her name is) was very friendly and accommodating. And the boys that moved the furniture out of the room was very friendly and the boys that moved the furniture back was very friendly. Thank you very much for all your help.

The 2 guys who moved me were SUPER. They were the hardest workers I have ever seen...didn't even stop for a break. In addition to being professional and courteous, they were cheerful and joking which was so nice to be around.

The guys were very enthusiastic and didn't waste any time in wrapping and protecting items for shipping. When they wrapped the curios, the keys were left in the locks. It would have been helpful to remove the keys and/or tape them to the backs of the curios. One of the keys broke in the lock. Hopefully in the future, they remove the keys before wrapping the furniture. Thanks.

Javier, Dan, and Ezra were great! They worked hard and didn't see any tasks as too much! It was a long day, and they were champs! I believe Javier was the 'leader' of the team and did a great job orchestrating the move.
