I had a great conversation with the woman in the office as I was booking the service. She was so helpful and laughed easily as we bantered back and forth,.The two young men who moved my furniture were pleasant and and fun to visit with as they worked. I appreciated the care they took with my furniture.

The movers were John H. And Pete. They were great. Courteous, prompt, and hard workers. The woman who took initial information apparently didnandacirc;??t listen and thus sent no boxes to pack some shelf items and thus my wife had to move those herself. The woman who called me after the fact would accept no responsibility for that and not calling the right phone number when the movers were en route. I specifically gave them my wifeandacirc;??s phone number because I would be at work. They said they called her but she received no call and when she showed up at the moving site the movers were waiting. Not cool since we were paying by the hour. They did wave a portion of the fee and we appreciate that in consideration, however when she called to follow up she was short, didnandacirc;??t listen, and pretty much blamed me.

We were super satisfied with everything except- The person that came out to give us an estimate thought it would be about 110 boxes plus everything else. Well they were not able to take everything, so we have been going back and forth borrowing our sons pick up ect. I don't feel we should be responsible for another trip, or another day. I feel the mistake was the estimaters, not ours.

I had a very difficult move within my house. There was some skepticism about whether or not it was even possible. So two men in a truck sent out their manager, and one of the guys to check things out (free of charge).
The next day thet sent out 3 guys to move the item, and the manager showed up again just to see how it was going, which I found very respectable.
They completed the move in under 1 hour, with no damage. I was happy with the the guys, as well as the manager and will certainly be using this company anytime I need something moved.

I was unhappy with how long it took and the cost!!!! I was supposed to get two men and a truck and I got one and a half men and a truck. One guy worked hard and the other guy moved very slow and only carried one item at a time. The person at the storage unit said she noticed lots of turn over and other people have been unhappy. Wish I would have known. I wonandamp;acirc;€™t use you when I move out to he storage unit.
