The office staff was helpful but one day I tried calling four different times and no one answered.
The moving team was great! Helpful, careful and did a fast and efficient job!

A slight confusion with the initial pickup address so took afew minutes longer. They were on a "Street" address and should have been on the "Drive" address. Only a block away. Actual pickup window was delayed due to previous moving job taking longer then expected and a change of truck. Other than that, went smoothly.

I was very pleased with the men who moved me. The cost was extremely reasonable for what they did. They were very honest. They explained how the costs were less for me from the original quote. Fantastic service! Scheduling online was easy; the office followed up very quickly and was very professional. The move itself went faster than estimated, and the moving team was extremely efficient, careful and friendly. Communication was top notch, and the entire experience went very smoothly. Men NEED an experienced mover with them. Not communicating with eachother. Dropped my 300lb dresser off the dolley down the stairs. Broke printer. Ran into my new chandelier multiple times even though we warned them & now it is cracked. Men complaining about being sick of packing & that my new place is on 3rd floor. Felt very uncomfortable. So unconfident my boyfriend had to move the heavy stuff.
