The office staff is difficult to connect with on the phone. I’ve left emails and have never had them returned to me. There’s room for improvement when it comes to connecting with your office staff.
That said, the moving team more than makes up for shortcomings from the office staff. Very muscular and capable, disciplined, very polite and very customer focused.

I had 2 moving teams-the 1st team with RJ running the truck was great-
The 2nd team didn't have the direction like the 1st team-they were all very nice though & very polite.

My realtor heard good things so I researched & loved that my things would stay on the truck & travel directly to my new home. From Tay in the office to Cliff & Andrew on the truck, the customer service was amazing & no question went unanswered. Great piece of mind, great service, great moving experience.
