I had an overall great experience with this company and the two individuals who helped me move out of my apartment. Very polite and efficient service that was completed in a timely manner. Thanks!

The only problem was the office did not provide the drivers with the extra information I provided to find the house. The driver had to call to find us.

The 2 men that came out of the winston Salem office moved my mother and father in law. I believe one was mike and I can not remember the others name but it started with a t, showed up on time and could not have been more courteous. They moved quickly but still very careful. The reservation kept me updated via email so I did not have to worry if they were coming or not. Great job

Cody and Shawn are nothing short of moving machines. They didn't stop for one instant. They were either wrapping furniture or moving boxes into the truck. More importantly, they were very careful and very polite. They didn't let up when they got to my daughter's new apartment either. I asked them how they could keep up that pace and if they ever slowed down. They told me that their actions would prove just how good they were and the sooner they finished the less it would cost me. Their work ethic is second to none. They impressed me, which isn't easy to do. If I ever have the need to move again I will not hesitate to use Two Men And A Truck and will ask for Cody and Shawn again.

Once the team arrived everything was smooth as silk. I do have only one complaint. The movers were scheduled to be at our property between 8-9:00am. Due to a truck breakdown they did not arrive until 11:15.

The sales team ruined the entire experience and tarnished the brand. They somehow chose a completely different drop off date for the furniture, causing an enormous amount of undo stress on our family. Luckily the manager wa able to gather a team and drop off the furniture that evening.
Because of this mistake, we will never use this company again. And will never recommend them to anyone.

<div>Peter, we apologize for the miscommunication about your delivery date but are happy we were able to get a team together to accommodate the change. Our manager, Matt, is still available to further discuss your experience with us if you&rsquo;d like.</div>
