I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of all the staff. The moving team consisted of three gentlemen that were amazing!! They listened carefully to my requests and adhered to them. They were careful with my furniture and extremely efficient in their use of time. I was shocked at how quickly they finished the job. Office team was great too. Their customer service is outstanding.

The movers did an excellent job. They worked very hard and handled our furniture with care.

We were scheduled for 3 men. One did not show until the 3 rd hour. He was very slow to work and argued with his brother. Only one of the guys (smaller frame) was a hard worker. The other two complained and did not hustle at all. Sadly I found out two were brothers and the other was a friend who only fills in as a mover but not confident in lifting and moving larger pieces of furniture.
Frequent breaks and wait times.
We feel the move was at least 1 hour delayed with this team.
My past experience was with professional movers and only one had the knowledge of moving and cared to be a mover it appeared. Disappointed.
