Arrived on time. quickly and carefully moved furniture. very pleasant!

I was informed the morning of the move, close to the time we expected the truck, that it was delayed an hour or so. Then I received a 2nd call that the truck's transmission was faulty and they would have to find and hire a rental truck. The team did a decent job - the covering of a box spring bottom was ripped (thru the plastic), walls were marred. Unbelievably in the heat & humidity the team had no water on board. Since our house was almost vacant I had very few bottles in the fridge. They brought no food along-we live out in the country, no place to order-so I had to go to the $ Store to buy sandwich makings or see them go hungry.

The packers and movers were great. Issues were: (1) I had to drive to Greensboro to do sign the paperwork after they picked up our stuff to move to storage. Either I really didn't have to do that, or that was not made clear to me ahead of time. (2) My movers were shifted to my assignment Monday morning and had no experience with moving into storage. This caused for delays, and our items were not stored until Tuesday morning. That same team was assigned to us Tuesday, so that made for a late start (11:30) moving other items to our house 3 hours away. Would be sure that teams assigned to a "storage" project are clear on procedure.

The whole process was very seamless and good...as far as moving is concerned! The movers themselves were very professional, personal, effective and efficient. Will gladly use your service in the future.

Movers were efficient, professional, and were fun to work with. Made a stressful day much less stressful and actually had me laughing before the move was complete. Great crew!

They did a great job. They arrived early and finished early.

Excellent service & overall good experiences often goes unnoticed. I was extremely impressed with the moving team. They were personable, caring and worked hard, even as temperatures peaked over 90 degrees and the move was a grueling 10 hours. Thumbs up to Cedrick, Eric & Reggie for an outstanding job! The cost estimating experience was somewhat shaky so if there is any improvement feedback, it would be around that portion of the operation. I believe making customers feel special, especially repeat customers, can be a valuable coaching opportunity. Nonetheless, Joe and his team are an impressive group to work with. My sincere thanks.
