Even with a minor mixup wth phone info, they were able do contact me. They were apologetic for error and got there right away. They were very professional and concerned about my furniture. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

There is, honestly, only one area where the guys who packed our house could've improved, and it was asked of them by my wife when they began: the boxes could have been labeled better as to which room their contents came from. To be fair, the packers were also asked to label where the boxes were going, either the future apartment or storage facility, and that may have been stressed as the top priority. But, other than that, I have never had such a positive experience with the use of a moving company, especially considering this was our third move in six years. Great franchise in Winston-Salem, NC!!!

The price was very "HIGH" and I didn't feel that the office staff clearly explained to me that there was an additional travel charge that will be added to your bill just for coming out. But, The movers'/moving team were by far the best I have ever seen..!!!! These two guys were great and I would hire them to move me again..!!! Besides the price being a little high in my opinion. The overall service was excellent..!!!!!
