Cheryl was very personable and helpful along the way. The team arrived right at 8:30a and worked hard. Floyd, Joe and Austin were friendly and communicative. Trying to find the second place was a bit tricky for the team, but they gave us back 15min in time to make-up for it.
A few staff mentioned the time not going the full quoted time, but it did end up going the full time.

The Fayetteville an Sanford receptionist team were wonderful they were sweet, funny, an took so much stress off me. The moving men were awesome an quick they were so patient with me. They moved my things an placed them so neatly. I loved the experience beginning to end. The customer service was excellent. Will be coming back.

I would like to take a moment to provide feedback regarding James and Clinton who assisted with my move, yesterday. Both young men were prompt, professional and polite. They were focused on what needed to get done but also flexible when the plan was interrupted by both road work and assisted living facility entrance protocols given Covid 19. They were calm, cool and collected! Great job!
