Great help and communication from moving team. Dante and the rest of the crew were respectful and courteous. I didn't know about the $140 travel fee but Dante explained it to me. Thanks .

PRICING FROM OFFICE WAS A BIT UNCLEAR... FUEL SURCHARGES WERE EXCESSIVE AS GING RATE FOR HHM GUIDE MILES BASED ON NATIONAL AVERGE OF PRICE OF DESIEL IS 34 CPM... TRUCKLOAD CARRIERS... TWO TRUCKS VERSES ONE TRUCK NO DIFFERENCE IN PRICE? UNSURE IF PERSON GIVING QUOTE NEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING OR JUST PULLING STSUFF OUT OF THIN AIR... MOVING TEAM WAS SUPER.... WOULD USE AGAIN JUST BECAUSE OFF THEM.

We decided to go with movers this move to take the stress off moving ourselves. They ended up moving us a day and a half after the agreed time, when they showed up, one in particular had a lazy attitude and his pants were at his knees. The truck they brought was not nearly big enough for our stuff so we ended up having to extend our lease so that we could have a few extra days to get the rest of our stuff out, which was an added cost. The poundage was way below the estimate so they should have had room. The guys damaged 2 pieces of furniture and when confronted, they claimed it was already like that before finally conceding they damaged it. Overall, it was nice not to have to do the physical part of moving, but the experience was just as stressful for the amount of money we paid.

I was living in a raised mobile home that me and my friends moved me into. When discussing the move neither I nor my friends were willing to carry the heavy items down the jenky stairs and risk injury (we aren't old, but older). That is when I decided to try you guys. There was a little confusion after my first conversation with customer service, however, when I called for clarification - your people are wonderful and straightened me out. The cost was well worth the services provided, if I move again - you would be the first I will call! Thank you very much! Miss Roni
