I was very impressed with my service with the the office staff member, Brian and the movers. Brian returned my call promptly and was able to answer my questions. He offered to work around my work schedule, gave me a time of arrival and explained how the process would go. I can't say enough about the movers! From the moment they stepped out of the truck, I was impressed. Their appearance was very professional, they each made eye contact, and greeted me. The lead mover introduced himself and explained the paperwork throughly before asking for my signature. We walked through the condo and discussed my changes. While I didn't stay with them, I did walk through ore ridicule and notice the workers wrapped each item, carefully moved it to the truck and made sure it was secure.

The Team of three movers were amazing. They were very careful with our property and all three had great attitudes.
At no time did I feel concerned as to the job they were doing. All of my furniture arrived undamaged because they took
the time to carefully wrap all pieces. Justin, Charles and Darren will be requested for our next move!

Justin and Allan did an amazing job. They were good-natured, careful and efficient. Denise in the office personally corrected a minor oversight. Moving is stressful, but hiring your company eliminated a lot of hang-wringing for us. Truly one of the best recent decisions, besides buying the house we moved to. Overall I was satisfied with the total experience start to finish. Office staff was very helpful and professional. The movers I had were overall an acceptable group. As with any business when you get feedback, it helps you improve so I would start by saying I would use 2 men and a Truck out of Greenville, and same moving team again. A survey was done on site with the owner, Brian. My wife showed him a 10 foot paddleboard that she indicated needed to be moved. On the day of loading, the moving team asked me to transport, (and I did). When I was not on site monitoring the move in, there was not as much care for where I needed my belongs and boxes were placed in the wrong rooms. I would welcome a call from the owners to explain, but again, I was satisfied with my move.

My home was flooded by Hurricane Florence. Two rebuild, I needed the first floor of my home cleared out. Once I found a storage unit, I called your office. I knew the movers close in to me were all booked up. You sent your team, Travis and Curtis. Great guys, great work. When the time comes to move back in, I will definitely call you.

Due to being displaced from Hurricane Florence and in need of spinal surgery, it was imperative and at the last minute for a moving company to transport my belongings in a timely manner. The gentlemen were professional, courteous, delightful and a refreshing breath of air amidst the extenuating circumstances I was dealing with. I appreciate their help and look forward to my next move in the coming year.

The first time did not go well with the office I think it was miscommunication at first then a second called fixed it. I thank the second call did a excellent job.
