I’m disappointed. The movers broke the leg off of a piece of furniture. They told me that they were going to take it to a place to be repaired & I would hear from the Manager the following day as to how this would be handled. It has been one week and there has been no communication. I called the office and was told the Manager would call me back. No returned call. That’s poor communication and customer service

Every thing with my move was a pleasant experience. At least until the unload. The guys went out of their way to take care of my items during the load. When it got time for the delivery, it seemed as they were tired and just ready to get it over. A bunch, maybe 40% of the boxes in my garage are clearly labeled kitchen. We had a large china cabinet that was not put back together and was clearly scratched. In their defense, they were probably “hangry” and hot as well.

The driver complained from the beginning. Several pieces of my furniture were damaged. A file cabinet was dropped and is now trash. Walls and door jams in my brand new house are having to be re-painted and repaired. The movers took a broken mirror with them to be repaired. I have not heard anything about the return of the mirror. I would like to point out that Jakeel was very professional careful and worked very hard. Had he had sufficient help my experience may have been much better.

My sister used you guys twice and raved about you BUT we didn't get the same service that she did. Her team did everything they could to help. Our team did not. Our wardrobe would not fit into our bedroom and they did not offer to disassemble and reassemble..my sister's guys did that for her. They refused to move our frig due to water lines in door cause doors had to be removed. They refused to hook up washer dryer. They refused to take two floor lamps cause they were not boxed. THEY NEVER ONCE TOLD US THEY COULD DO THOSE THINGS IF WE SIGNED A WAIVER OF LIABILITY. I know that now from Ashlee Keys in your office in Greenville NC. Also when moving our wardrobe a piece from back fell off and they saw it but never even picked it up off floor. My husband had to reassemble the bed too. Notgood

Bedframes put together backwards. Center support laid on floor. Mattresses upside down on bed (pillow top down) missing hardware for beds. Did not wrap any upholstered furniture. Nasty and sweated on upholstery and pillows. Boxes in wrong rooms. Mirror frame damaged. Stepladder is missing.
Brother in law traveled 2 hrs to put up beds properly. Moved furniture with drawers opening. No shrink wrap or plastic used. Put furniture upstairs that was to remain in garage.
Team needed a leader with experience. Nice boys but totally unprepared. Had no tools. Used what I had. Disappointed in service for the money☹️

Horrible experience. Movers attempted to condense what we were told would be a two day, three truck and three person move into two days and two people. They ran out of time and stopped putting things in designated rooms and just dropped everything in the garage. My husband called the office the next morning and had to ask to have the movers return to complete the job. They did not put down any floor protection and our new carpets were filthy after moving in. They did not put the mattresses in moving bags as we requested and provided. They did not reassemble all furniture that was disassembled. They lost some hardware to re assemble a table and did not follow up as they said they would. They left items on the truck and we had to ask where they were.

Overall the actual moving crew were polite and strong and hard working. However they arrived to work assignments one hour to three hours later than when they said they would arrive. Way too much packing paper was used on many items. Several areas that needed to be packed (as a few closets and under sink cabinets) were overlooked and required hurried last minute packing. The living room floor received some scratches from furniture moving. The crew underestimated the amount of time packing and loading would take. Moving this household was a tremendous chore and I am grateful that these four men accomplished the feat. They delivered our belongings in good shape except for one standing lamp. The job was completed and I thank your company.

we moved on the 13th april in the city of Greenville from one area to another. As we are taking time to open up boxes to set things around our new place, we are finding some of our stuffs are missing. I have contacted your Customer care and waiting to hear back from them. I just hope you guys resolve the issue by finding our missing stuffs. The guys simply drove away without unloading everything they picked up from origin. It was careless of them. They must have been tired at the end of day . Anyway, I am looking forward to hearing from your customer care asap.

Movers very contentious handling furniture. They were friendly, yet stayed focused.
We were very happy with our “2 Men”.

Charles, Justin and Kenneth were all super helpful and had great attitudes throughout the move. They took excellent care of everything and made what could have been a stressful couple of days much better. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck if all of your employees are as wonderful and caring as those guys are.
