Movers were 90 mins late on day of pickup without communication
Additionally, they were not very motivated to start at first.
One of the movers who was there only for the load tried to take major shortcuts with wrapping and loading, that Ultimately were redone by the other movers.
As for delivery, the process was smoother though they hit the walls constantly leaving a gash in one prominent area

Michelle, we are sorry that things did not go as expected on move day. If you have not done so already, please reach out to the office regarding the walls. We apologize again and will certainly use this as a training opportunity for future moves.
