We have used them many times before in our moving experiences but this time takes the cake. The guys act like they didn’t want to be here and they kept telling my husband we can’t do that. Spent 15 to 30 minutes going over and signing paperwork before getting started which really annoyed me. They usually wait at the end to do the paperwork. They would t help my husband with connecting the washer and dryer. Luckily there was a guy from the geek squad at Best Buy to help my husband with the connection of the washer and dryer. I felt like we were overcharged $860 was diffinitely not worth it for 2 rooms which was a bed dresser 2 nightstands Chester drawers, crib a desk and a few of our grandkids toys. They refused to take the crib out so my husband had to take it down and reassembled

This was for the second part of a two part move with the local branch handling moving furniture and items from storage at family home to new residence while I was managing a move from out of state. From boxing/packing services to delivery and setup, they did an excellent job. The only thing that would've improved is if they offered unpacking services as well!

The office staff was excellent to deal with and was very courteous and helpful. The moving team was very friendly/personable and moved my belongings in a very expedient manner, though they did ding-up a few pieces of wooden furniture. These dings were a bit bothersome, but not bad enough to have to contact the company for repair. This is the second time I have used Two Men and a Truck and the first move went perfectly, with no damage to a single item.
Mary Ann
The two men who picked up the items in Forest City were very nice and they were professional! My son met the movers at my home in Greensboro and he was also very complimentary of both men. They were excellent movers and great to work with.
I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again!

Curtis from the Greensboro office is who I dealt with and he was awesome! Very professional, walked me through the entire process and went out his way to travel to my parent's house to provide an estimate. He followed up with me several times throughout the process. My parents were very happy with the care they took and service provided. Great job!

The movers I had worked hard no doubt. However, it was rainy and they made a mess of the house. They took no initiative to protect the carpeting. When it came to moving the refrigerator I asked specifically if Two men and a truck did this and I was assured they did. The actual movers though had admitted they had no experience and needed me to disassemble the refrigerator. One mover continuously came to me with “problems” but no solutions such as a style of bed frame he’d never seen before and so “would not touch it”. It got left for me to move later. There were multiple pieces that got left and I had to move on my own later. They left a mess behind them. The office staff was awesome but in the future I’d try a different company and hope for a more thorough job.

We hired two mean and truck to come and move out items to another house. 2 men came out and it had been raining. They had on new expensive type tennis shoes. NOT steel toe or work boots. They saw they were going to have to go back and forth thru some mud and started making excuses as to why they couldn't move us. We had drove back to this house, took off work only to be told they weren't going to do it. They new it was raining before they arrived. It was Friday and we felt all they wanted to do was go back and get off work. So, we ended up having to get a motel room for 2 nights and hiring another company to move us. I will never recommend Two Men and A Truck. Very very disappointed ! The other company we hired (and happily paid for more) had NO problems at all moving our items !
