I have previously used two men and truck in the past multiple times. I feel like this time it took the movers a little longer than usual. It was a big move and I feel like it should have been three movers rather than two. That wasn’t fair to the two men that moved my belongings. Also, my kitchen table chair got a ding on it as well as one of my chairs was broken. This issue hasn’t been resolved yet. I’m hoping that it will be resolved and compensated in a timely manner. With all of this being said the two gentlemen that came out for my move was very pleasant.

(1) The moving team did not follow the rules of moving. The item should be covered during moving. As a result, damages were happened to some of the furniture. Such as, the leather of sofa was scratched and cut.
(2) The king bed mattress and supports were brought without cover and kept on the floor of the truck. Dirt are found on the mattress.
(3) The queen bed mattress and support was properly covered during moving. However, at the delivery, big holes are found on the cover indicating not properly handled.
(3) The legs of one side of the console were coming out due to poor handling. However, I have repaired by myself.

First- I expected 2 trucks, one broke down on the way and it took a little over 5 hours to get another. It took from 10 am till 6 pm to just load. Everything was already packed so all we needed were people and the truck. I needed to visit my mother who was hospitalized but never had time because of this companies issues getting the 2nd truck and people. I had to drive 6 hours and arrived after midnight. The crew drove until 1 AM and didn't arrive to unload until noon the following day. The crew was great expect for one thing- I found a broken lamp hidden in the garage a couple of days later. I was also incorrectly billed the full amount of the move neglecting the deposit I had already paid before the move was even completed. I had to call several times to get it corrected.

I would have liked the guys to be a bit more careful with our items. Also, I feel as if they got tired toward the end of unloading and stopped caring about putting items where they belonged. Further, some of my items were damaged and I expected to hear from someone ASAP about replacements. I am still waiting. Thanks.

3 guys came in a Ryder truck not your 2 men and a truck. 3 guys came to 2 skinny ones were very good The one named Lancaster was not very good he had a hard time moving things. They damaged the wall in the hall in the house I moved from Lancaster said he reported it no one ever called me to fix it. My washer was so damaged that it doesn’t work anymore and I have a repair man coming. It took them for ever I didn’t have a lot of furniture mainly boxes. I was not happy with the moving experience I didn’t get a professional vibe from the experience. I don’t think they had any experience in the moving profession.

Worst move I have ever experienced in my entire life. If you want lots of damages in both of your homes please fill free to use them. If you want to pay for an extra person you will get a trainee that has only worked for 5 days. You might even get lucky to get two trainees at the same time. They will also come with no tools like they said. Also, you pay by the hour. Well.... let’s just say it took twice as long as the estimated time... twice the dollars coming out of your pockets... I would think again? Let’s pray they fix all the damages to our homes... I’m probably dreaming. Thanks for the worst experience ever and ruining my brand new home!

Durrell & Ramone were friendly & moved heavy furniture well except for damage to 1 chest. Durrell said he would fix it but didn’t. He repeatedly said he was saving me money by leaving things for us to move. There was so much left that I had to call for another truck the next day. My shelving was placed askew on the back porch so that it was difficult to get to it much less use it.

Discovered damage to a scratch proof floor when a corner of a very heavy dresser was dropped on it. Had already signed off on the move before discovery. That’s on me. Josh insisted on carrying it, which I get, but the only way this floor could be damaged was to drop the price.

Scott and Reynolds were our movers and they were excellent from start to finish. They arrived promptly, took extraordinary care of our property, and were completely professional. I would highly recommend two men and a truck without reservation. Thank you!

Overall good experience. Office staff was very accommodating in having to reschedule twice due to apartment not being ready. The movers were on time and thorough on the paper work and went right to work and made a very effective and timely move.
