We thoroughly enjoyed the team that helped us move. They were professional, gentle, and even made us laugh the entire day! They made it fun and painless. The office help in scheduling was great and they were always open and honest with us. Definitely will use them again when the time comes!

When my 2 movers arrived they said they could not help me move. There was more stuff in my apartment than I said. They called a supervisor and worked hard to persuade me reschedule. That was not an option for me and they just kept basically refusing to start the job. After over 35 minutes of me basically begging them to move me I broke down crying and they started to VERY SLOWLY move my things. They broke a chair and my antique dresser top was damaged. The move should have taken a lot less time. They were just slow and inefficient.

Concerned about no inventory and packing household goods to prevent damages. Not completely unpacked at this point but have damaged valuables that will be subject to a claim.

I was not told there was a possibility that the unload would not occur until the following day after a 5 hour move. Movers were 30 minutes late and did not contact me to let me know. Movers did not tell me they put a hole in a wall,

Truck hit and broke stone slab at edge on street. It is a tight turn but wish they had told me. Do you have any restitution for this type of damage? I would appreciate a response to this. I had breakage, but because of two different mover I have know way of knowing who was responsible. The men were very pleasant and worked hard and late on a Fri. night. Thank you for being accomidating with the change of time.

I have previously used two men and truck in the past multiple times. I feel like this time it took the movers a little longer than usual. It was a big move and I feel like it should have been three movers rather than two. That wasn’t fair to the two men that moved my belongings. Also, my kitchen table chair got a ding on it as well as one of my chairs was broken. This issue hasn’t been resolved yet. I’m hoping that it will be resolved and compensated in a timely manner. With all of this being said the two gentlemen that came out for my move was very pleasant.

(1) The moving team did not follow the rules of moving. The item should be covered during moving. As a result, damages were happened to some of the furniture. Such as, the leather of sofa was scratched and cut.
(2) The king bed mattress and supports were brought without cover and kept on the floor of the truck. Dirt are found on the mattress.
(3) The queen bed mattress and support was properly covered during moving. However, at the delivery, big holes are found on the cover indicating not properly handled.
(3) The legs of one side of the console were coming out due to poor handling. However, I have repaired by myself.

First- I expected 2 trucks, one broke down on the way and it took a little over 5 hours to get another. It took from 10 am till 6 pm to just load. Everything was already packed so all we needed were people and the truck. I needed to visit my mother who was hospitalized but never had time because of this companies issues getting the 2nd truck and people. I had to drive 6 hours and arrived after midnight. The crew drove until 1 AM and didn't arrive to unload until noon the following day. The crew was great expect for one thing- I found a broken lamp hidden in the garage a couple of days later. I was also incorrectly billed the full amount of the move neglecting the deposit I had already paid before the move was even completed. I had to call several times to get it corrected.

I would have liked the guys to be a bit more careful with our items. Also, I feel as if they got tired toward the end of unloading and stopped caring about putting items where they belonged. Further, some of my items were damaged and I expected to hear from someone ASAP about replacements. I am still waiting. Thanks.
