We weren't able to get to Mom's until 1:30. We were charged for 15 minutes of that time.
The mistake was not ours, but yours and we should not have been charged for those 15 minutes. The office staff were very friendly and I appreciated the call telling us the move would be delayed, but communication on your end broke down somewhere.
