I really wanted to give a good review, but I simply cannot say that I had an overall good experience.

I chose this company for moving and storage services, and though the staff (both office and moving) were all very kind and accommodating, I ultimately received my items in an unacceptable condition. Not only were they covered in dust, there were LIVING insects (spiders and beetles) and insect eggs all over my items (both on the cardboard boxes and INSIDE any crevices or exposed parts of my other items. I do not know if the storage itself is outsourced or not, but I chose this service because it was advertised as clean and pest-free storage as well.
In addition, the truck used to transport my items was dirty, and my items were put in the truck as-is, without being covered in advance.

Our movers were professional and worked really hard. They made our move easy. Thank you so much.

Rickey and Shalom did a great job moving my furniture. They not only worked quickly, they also worked very carefully. I am very happy with the service that I received.

The guys were excellent. They started working immediately and did not stop until they were done. No horsing around. Very polite. Could not say enough good things about them.

The actual Two Men who worked on our move, Cazziz and Brian, were terrific guys. Despite the cold temperatures, they worked quickly, efficiently and safely. The demonstrated the utmost care when handling our belongings. These young men are outstanding assets to Two Men and a Truck.

The estimator, movers and office staff were very helpful! I really do NOT like moving, but they made the process as painless as possible.

The two men that moved me were the BEST I ever could ask for. They wrapped my furniture perfect. Nothing was hurt! I was so pleased with them until I took them out for lunch and if I ever need to move again, I will try my best to get these two men. I personally think these two guys should receive a bonus for the work they did for me. I did give them lunch and a tip but your company should really recognize them and train other guys to work as good as these two guys. You have their names on record. Give them a raise!!!
