Initial experience of estimate and prep for move was excellent.
I moved from my home to storage then to a new home.
My first crew was very good - friendly, courteous, worked well together and represented your company very well. I was totally at ease working with them. When it came time to move from storage, my furniture at your warehouse was forgotten slowing the move process considerably. The second crew seemed to be working more or less just to be working except for Sean who was very good at directing the others. They did dent a wall and later I noticed a piece of wood had broken off a small desk which I will have to have repaired. The office has not yet gotten back to me regarding repair of the damaged wall. I am not unhappy - I would just say the service was average.

I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very pleasant to work with. If I had any questions the office staff was great at finding out or answering them. The movers were great. They were very quick and took great care of the furniture.

This was truly a great moving experience. We were originally scheduled to move on Mon., but had to change to Tues. You were totally flexible and available. We really appreciated that! The movers were willing to do what we asked. That was much appreciated. We will be certain to use you for any future local moves. Thanks a million for a job well done.

Octavious and Kenneth were consummmate professionals and I'd use them again without a doubt!

James and Ramon did a fantastic job and I will use Two Men and a Truck again because of them and their great attitude.

Hired to move 6 pieces of furniture from house to garage. Two appliances. Did not remove refrigerator handles and attempted to push frig through new front doorway. Damaged door and molding. Entire door and frame needs to be replaced. Then proceeded to bounce $2500 frig down 5 front steps. Dented frig and we are not sure compressor works. Only got minimum insurance as I thought I was dealing with qualified and trained movers as was recommended to hire in the Moving 101 guide that was given to me at the start of the move by the two incompetent movers that Two Men and a Truck sent.
Very unhappy. Will never use again. Curious to see how the claim goes through after the disastrous moving experience.

Despite the delay in service on Saturday, Tasean and Danorris were extremely professional and were a great team. They had a difficult stairwell to deal with in my house, but did a great job getting my furniture out and to my new place. Also, Tasean personally brought some of my property back to me at my house on Sunday after realizing he did not deliver it on Saturday (a handful of shelf brackets). This extra mile and service is why I keep using Two Men and A Truck. Both of these gentlemen are an asset to your company and should be acknowledged.

The movers were friendly and very hard working. This was my 3rd move with the company. I keep coming back because I am always pleased.
