Oh my! Mr. Stovall and Mr. Burnett cannot be complimented adequately in 400 words! They felt like family by the time they left! I retired from Sears after 29 years. If Sears had employees like these two gentlemen, Sears would still be in business! I retired as Human Resources, but dealt in customer service. I KNOW excellent customer service and these two men gave us their "all."

My move was complicated - loading furniture in one location but dropping it off at 3 different locations. Once we got the communication straight, everything went smoothly. The moving crew were professional, courteous, and made me feel confident that they would handle the job well. They worked efficiently but carefully. My family members who received the furniture on the other end were impressed.
