Nate and Dawkins.....WOW!!!! Punctual, professional and courteous. They were very careful with all of my antiques. This was a difficult move due to stair negotiation and tight quarters. The move flowed nicely, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The two gentlemen rearranged my furniture several times and were willing another time if I so desired. Nate also hooked up the washer/dryer along with attaching the new ice-maker hose.
I was 150% satisfied. Great job!! I also had the opportunity to refer these two experts to my next door neighbor, Judy. The good news is that she is now a new customer of Two Men and a Truck!
Thank you Nate and Dawkins for making my first move in 12 years so much easier than I ever imagined!

Move went great. Only issue is my building requires reserving the loading dock. I initially reserved it from 12-3, and the person on the phone at the office told me to change it to 10-1, with movers set to arrive between 8-9 am. Movers showed up right around 8:15, but they said there was no way they would have been able to get to the new address with the truck loaded before 10 am (was a 30 min drive from location A to location B). I was able to change the loading dock time to 12-3 and we arrived at around 11:30. Previously when I have used 2 men and a truck in Wilmington, they sent out someone to do an estimate before the move, and it was actually one of the movers and the initial estimate turned out higher than the actual cost. Movers were excellent but would have someone estimate before.

There was damage to an antique china cabinet. One of the panes of glass was broken. I an waiting to hear back from office. This happened on Friday and I was told I would hear back from someone right away.

Worst moving experience I have ever had. Sent two inexperienced movers who did not know what they were doing. Damaged several items by complete negligence and my job was a very small one.
Management team of the Charlotte franchise is worthless in assisting with restitution. The offer I received (and reluctantly accepted in utter frustration) covers only 40% of my repair costs. I will NEVER use this company again. I would advise anyone to stay away from the Charlotte franchise of Two Men and Truck. Why have a corporate office if you cannot make sure the customer receives the proper customer care from the local franchise after the job is done. Very poor experience.

Hard workers, Very Polite, on time, would recommend them to anybody.

The men who moved me were very friendly and worked efficiently. They got me out of my apartment and into my house in a very reasonable amount of time. I was very pleased with the move

They showed up 2 hours late, did not have proper tools for disable and reassembling of furniture, there was no sense of urgency with moving furniture after being late. They took 2 hours to move 6 pieces of furniture from one building to the next.

Service was quick and things were handled with care. Two gentlemen were very nice and personable. I will continue to use them for any moving needs.

Everything was good but when they moved us in the mover did not hook up the dryer hose.

Our crew Will and Byron were excellent. Extremely fast, friendly and careful. Was very impressed and happy with their service.
