I want to specifically point out Mr. Brewster and his partner Mr. Leake. They were both very hard workers, extremely pleasant and professional. I was very impressed with their work ethic and how they approach a job!

The 3 men that showed up to pack had to deal with some unusual circumstances including an ambulance the needed to take my mother to the hospital. They were all calm and professional though out the ordeal, and somehow still got the truck loaded in a timely manner. Cecil was the man who stayed in contact with us and his communication was exceptional. He and the others that work with him should be commend.

The moving team was excellent. They were very efficient but patient with our furniture placement decisions. They were very friendly and accommodating
We had numerous issues with the accuracy of our quote as well as response time Also the follow up call reminding us of the scheduled move date was inaccurate. The move estimate was changed multiple times due to lack of transfer of information from the Inventory and Move Detail Request Form . The multiple calls and emails from us to get this accurate was frustrating. The attention to detail and accuracy of the office staff was disappointing. If not for the efficiency of the move team I woul not recommend using your company again

Both times I've used Two Men and a Truck, my experience has been fantastic! Not only were the movers courteous, they moved very quickly and did not waste any time loading or unloading. They did an excellent job dismantling and installing beds and a couple other pieces of furniture. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and they were very accurate in making sure the boxes were in the correct room! The office stayed in the loop from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone needing movers! Lynne

Even with hesitation on using 2 men due to a very bad experience from a friend, I decided to get and estimate from Steve. The 5 men worked efficiently and had positive attitudes. I was not charged for the hour it rained and while we waited for additional carpet coverings for the new house traffic. The wrapped my items well and only some small damage overall-(a few knicks on the stairwell in new house and a broken drawer pull on a console table.) I fed them lunch and dinner and also tipped each person. I did however, find a few items (glass shelves for bedside tables and bed risers) hidden behind curtains in the guest room. Not sure why/how that happened, but I did notice. Overall, I feel the move went well and would use again.

The young men who moved us were polite and courteous. The left a few nicks and dings and I was not happy about that.
