Movers took the handle off my freezer(presumably to get it through the door at the originating location); left i there and did not go back for it. They said if I went back and picked it up, the crew chief would come by the next day and place the handle back on. I have not heard from them since, making my brand new freezer unusable because I can't open it. Just incredible!!!

Only thing I have to complain is that a mover dragged my coffee table that caused a scratch on the floor when moving out from my house. However, action was made quickly to fix the problems by the mover, which made me feel less stressful. The movers worked like well-oiled machine, and they were kind in my stressful time of my life. So thank you for a great job.

Gentlemen were respectful, efficient, and polite. Both worked continuously and supported one another during loading and unloading. A good team!

I was extremely please with the service I received from Two Men and a truck. The office team was very helpful and the moving team was exceptional. They took the time to explain the entire moving process. Job well done!!

Extremely pleased with the move of by baby grand piano. Other moving companies were going to charge twice as much as Two Men & a Truck. The movers were extremely professional and took excellent care of my piano. I will always use Two Men & a Truck for my moving needs - they have proven themselves to be the best moving company again & again!

Everything was great except I asked the movers to not assemble the beds. When I went to assemble, they had not left the screws to the bed. I called the driver. He said he would drop off that evening. I got a text the next morning saying he could not drop the night before. I offered to have my son pick up from office. My son came by that afternoon and waiting 15 minutes and no one was in the office. He was unable to get the screws. When I called the next day, it took until the next day for Quality Control to return my call. I still did not get the screws until the next morning. My move was on Monday, June 25 in the morning. I did not receive the screws until Friday, June 29th.

The office staff was able to find an alternative time after a last minute change. They were very helpful and courteous. The moving team was great, very friendly and professional. They worked very hard and very quickly to save me money. They are excellent representatives of your company. I will highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone who needs a move.
