the three movers were so kind and understanding. they did an excellent job!

I did have damage to a table. Please don’t let me down by not calling me to establish a means to repair the damage.
Your movers were great. Your office staff was ok. I called the manager on call because I had not heard from anyone late in the afternoon. No one called me back. I also left a message for the corporate location and they did call me back although they could not get in touch with the drivers to confirm that they were actually going to show up. She said only the franchise had the ability to contact drivers and the manager did not return my 2 calls. The difference between good and excellent. Luckily when the mover were great when they showed up.

I felt very comfortable and secure that everything was being handled professionally the men worked together great.

UNFORTUNATELY IN MY MOVE I MISPLACED THE LIST OF THE "3" MEN WHO MOVED ME. TRAYVON & DAVID I REMEMBER BUT ALL 3 COULD NOT POSSIBLY HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER. JOVIAL, HARD WORKING & VERY PRECISE WITH MY BELONGINGS. 2 MEN HAD BEEN RECOMMENDED TO ME AND I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM IN THE FUTURE. THANK YOU.

This was a superb moving experience that exceeded my expectations. Will and Byron were professional, hard working, and took every precaution to protect my belongings. I would highly recommend this company. The office staff also met my needs and helped me make changes to my move.
