My only complaint is that the office team didn't ask if we were moving from a 3rd floor apartment. Or if they did, they didn't communicate it to the movers. Other than that, everything was great.

B.Harris, C.Brisbon, D.Foster we're timely, courteous, efficient, and friendly. They knew exactly what to do and they did their work really well. I highly recommend this crew and Two Men and a Truck!!

The movers were excellent! They were personable, courteous, and professional.

My fiance and I were in a bind, 3 days before our lease was up at our current place, the person we had hired to help us move back out. In a panic I called every moving company I could find. TM&T office was quick to find an available team to move us that day! I was nervous as the quoted price was more than we were hoping to pay, but left with little other option we proceed. Cut to that Saturday, 3 young men showed up ( C. Miller, Prescott and Dawkins) and eased my nervous. They got everything out of our old cumbersome building and into our new place in a little over 3 hours. Since they worked so effectively it ended up saving us about 200 from the quoted price. They did a great job and none of our belongings were harmed! The only downside is you cannot tip on their card reader :(

They did not take lamps, washer, or dryer. Never mentioned if I wanted them moved. Poorly equipped with tools. Tried to bolt one bed frame with pliers vs. using proper tools. I had to lend some tools to them. King bed frame was properly bolted because I did it. Placed some furniture without making sure wh er re it was to go. Overall, the job was acceptable at best.

I was not told about the three-hour window for arrival. That is a very important factor and I may not have scheduled at 3:30 pm if I had that information up front. Yes, it was in the paperwork that I received after scheduling the move, but that should have been discussed before scheduling. I call three times and could not get an update on ETA.
