Derek (driver) and Malik were actually early to the job, much appreciated. They were very careful loading the truck even though it was over 90 degrees.
They made a stop at my daughters house to drop off a very heavy rolltop desk which they had to carry up steep steps to second floor. They were very careful and didn’t damage desk or walls. They unloaded my stuff carefully and quickly as well
I highly recommend them and the company
They were a little late arriving at my daughters house due to long lines at the weigh station. Not their fault.

Ryan and Derrick are extremely fast and. Efficient . They took great care to see that none of the furniture was hitting the wall when bringing it into the new house. They were very kind and considerate move the furniture in the house exactly where we would like it to be placed. I would use them again and would recommend them to my friends

Everything was outstanding except for the guys being 15 minutes late beyond the one hour start time I was given. They did call ahead of time to let me know they would be late and called again to let me know when they were within 15 mins.

The three movers did an excellent job. They took every effort to protect my furniture and not damage any walls in the house. Would highly recommend.

I wish I could rate higher than excellent. My Team was more than that! They wiuldnt let me lift a finger! And took excellent care of my items. Most of all they appreciated my budget constraints and witked extra hard to stay within them! I just cant say enough good Hings about my entire experience. Thank you Thurston, Sylva and new guy Eddie!!! Yall made all the difference for me ! Office support staff Jose and the two Jackies were awesome too!!!!! Thank You Two Men and a Truck!

The overall move was good. My only issue was the fact that I was given a scheduled arrival time of 11:30am - 12:30pm when I initially booked my move. Then, someone from the office called 2 days before the move and changed it to 3:30pm - 4:30pm. THEN the day of the move, the movers called at 12:45pm and wanted to start but I wasn't home! My entire day was unnecessarily shuffled around. After they finally arrived at 2:00pm, everything went great...the movers were fast and curtious and because of this, I would recommend using 2 men and a truck to get the job done. They just need to work on their scheduling. Moving is stressful enough without having to worry about the time of arrival.

My move experience this time is not consistent with last experience . The team that arrived at my property to complete the move appeared to be inexperienced, and unprepared for the items that were to be moved.

Nothing was placed on my my floor, and furniture was inconsistently wrapped. I had remembered the care that was taken during my previous move and how noting was damaged or broken. I also remembered how efficient the previous moverers were.

This move I reference as the “ D Team” and it’s unfortunate b/c I do feel it’s out of character for my previous experience and your reputation in the community .

I really enjoyed dealing with the movers, Tyvon, Shane and Sylva! I hope they are back for the move back into my house.
