They were on time, extremely professional, detailed, cared about my furniture/boxes, communicated with me throughout the whole move, and just generally were excellent movers. This was our first time using Two Men and a Truck — if we move again (hopefully a long time from now), we will absolutely go with them again.

My two mover, Kalon and Phil, did a great job and were very careful with all my belongings, taking the time to package and secure everything for my out-of-state move. They were also very friendly and joked around with us to help ease the stress. Kalon also explained all the paperwork thoroughly. Very pleased overall! Thank you!

There was one mover of the five that spent multiple hours idle throughout the day. The rest of the team did a wonderful job and took exceptional care. I don’t appreciate that we are paying for more time because of this individual’s performance, however the rest of the team worked very hard and should not be penalized in this rating. Home office said they’d make it right. Awaiting follow up.

The best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. The guys were extremely professional. They asked what we needed to move and actually listened to us for putting the furniture in an order that we can get to it easily. They were focused and moved furniture like it was simple.
