I wanted to let you know directly how incredibly pleased we are with our move and, in particular, two of your movers: Chris and Isiah. Chris and Isiah were professional, kept us informed, kind to us and our children, and, most importantly, efficiently moved all of our stuff. Because my husband is retired from the Air Force, we have many household moves behind us. Chris and Isiah are the best movers we have ever had, by miles and miles--they are incredible assets to your organization. The rest of your team was great, too. The time I was told would be between 8 and 9 am for arrival. I confirmed that by calling your number at 815. When the crew didn't come after 915 I called again and they said arrival at 9 to 10. They showed up at 930, So that was fine.

Pick up was great, HOWEVER, movers were asked to put furniture in a storage shed at destination. They left pieces of delivery outside. I chose your company in an effort to be of great service to a single mother. I believe that I should only pay half of the bill since I only got half of the service requested.

Your service was outstanding! Your office team kept me informed every step of the way and followed up between loading and unloading to make sure that I was satisfied so far. The moving team was extremely professional and courteous. Every one of them introduced themselves upon arriving and handled all of our belongings with care.

We had a few nicks on our washer. A few nicks on a couple of walls. It is difficult to move. The movers had to be quick. They were courteous andamp; helpful. They did their best.
