Team was on time and went straight to work. They were diligent, fast working, friendly and careful with our items. They worked well together and knew what they were doing. I have a secret move scheduled in about 2 weeks and will definitely request this team.

The morning of the move, the guys sent to move me had trouble with their truck and with finding my address which got us off to a later start. Upon arrival, I find that the office has sent a guy with an injured shoulder to help move me so the other guy had to do a lot of the heavier stuff himself and it added time to my move which I had to pay for. Why would you send an injured worker???? I had everything packed in containers and had less furniture than previously discussed with the office as well. I had actually moved some things earlier which should have cut the time needed for the move. Both were nice guys but right out of the gate, one starts telling me a story of a recent job and how cheaply they were tipped by the customer. That was pretty tackless. Being nice guys and good employees are two totally different things.
