Overall I had a positive experience. I was very surprised to learn that I was charged for the travel time for the workers to get from their office to my home, and then from my home back to their office. With the office being over 60 miles away, I ended up paying for two hours I didn't expect to pay for. I will say that what I paid didn't deviate from the estimate, but it should be made clear at the time the order is being placed that travel time will be included. I was baffled to think it would take 4-6 hours to move my few pieces of big furniture. Now I know why I was given that estimate. The office employee was very friendly and the movers were professional. Please just make everyone aware that travel time is included in the estimate. Thank you!

I was very pleased with all of the various aspects of my move, using your company. The initial call went well, with the front office gal explaining everything very well. The actual move itself went wonderfully. The four young men were just great, very friendly and helpful. They also were very careful of my belongings and took the time necessary to be sure nothing was damaged. They were funny too, which was nice, as moving is stressful, no matter who is involved and their light humor helped keep everyone happy. Your company had been referred to me and I am very pleased that I chose your services. I will recommend your company to others for sure! Thanks again!

From start to finish working with Two Men and a Truck was excellent. All staff was professional and courteous. The men handling the move were speedy; it was amazing how fast they were. Even with their speed and efficiency, it was amazing to watching how thoughtful they were about caring for our possessions. The very first thing they did was roll out mats to protect our floors. From there they wrapped each of our larger pieces. We are currently unpacking and I am pleased to report not a single dish was broken. Finally, the guys had a great attitude. Moving sucks for all of us, but they handled our most unruly and heavy items with good humor. In fact, they kept up an entertaining dialog the entire day and removed all my stress about the move with their humor, efficiency, and care.

I used Two Men and a Truck to move all of our furniture into our garage while our house was getting new carpet. They did an outstanding job and took great care of our furniture, flooring, and walls. Our house is 3 levels and 6 Bedrooms. I will definitely use them again!! Very Happy Customer!

There was a bit of confusion about the type of move which came to light when the movers showed up. They rolled with the punches and I have to say were phenomal!! They worked very hard to make this move as easy as possible for me taking great care of everything they handled. I am very grateful for this exceptional group of young men and have already made recommendations about using your company.
