Moving can be incredibly stressful; thank you for making it a much less stressful experience! We had to reschedule and the office team was so kind and accommodating. And the crew that did our move was fantastic. They showed up right on time, eager to help. We had a big treadmill that needed to be disassembled to get it down the stairs; they did a great job. Huge weight lifted off our shoulders.

I think being charged drive time is bogus, and have used other moving companies in town who do not do that, and also charge less, but I was willing to work with your team after I did a late cancel a couple months ago.
I am agitated that I was not consulted on my day prior call as to whether or not I still wanted the $80 insurance option.
Was met with snarky attitude when I questioned final $

Hi Jamie, thank you for reaching out-- I am very sorry to hear that you had a less than spectacular experience with us. We do our best to be upfront and honest with every customer at Two Men and a Truck and understand that surprises are no fun, especially during move time. This is why we outline all charges prior to booking as well as send out an estimate that also explains each charge. If you have any questions about our pricing, please don't hesitate to reach out to our office. 406.251.9818.

"I have used Two Men and a Truck for at least 3-4 moves. Each move has been very successful and I have never had one complaint against anyone working for the company. I would recommend only calling Two Men and a Truck and not to bother with calling anyone else."

I was incredibly pleased with my moving team. They were fast, very polite and took great care with my things - even with two huge flights of stairs and freezing weather. The move day could not have gone more smoothly. The scheduling part was pretty easy too!

Alicia
Moving staff were all friendly delivering our safe from the store. All 3 movers planned ahead and was quick but careful. We are very happy with the entire experience from the first phone call to the movers leaving the delivery.

This experience could not have been more wonderful. The office staff was helpful, kind, and professional - GREAT communication!
The 3 young men who did the “heavy lifting” were among the most polite, most well-mannered, that I have ever done business with. Moving to the Springs living facility is a challenge with small, slow elevators, but they were always smiling and helpful.
