I was really happy with the overall experience. Robert, Austin and Ty really worked their tails off. Some heavy stuff going up and down stairs and not one complaint. They were very careful not to damage anything. Their attitude was very impressive considering they were at it for over 10 hours.

Two Men and a Truck (or four men and a Truck in our case) made our moving experience so much better than it would have been! They were flexible with scheduling and very accommodating. They were efficient and motivated during the move. They were thoughtful and kind with us and our belongings. It was even the hottest day of the year, and they still maintained positive attitudes. We appreciated their help and it was money well spent!

Still waiting for someone to come and repair the piece that fell off my armoire. Hopefully that will happen soon.

My reservation was moved accidentally to a different day. When I called the guy on the phone got very snippy. Turns out it was an internal error. Then everyone was nice & apologetic. They waived the travel time, but still arrived 2 1/2 hours late. One of the men was in training. They move VERY slowly. At the end of the day, they broke a glass jug filled with pennies on the porch. The jug was important + it took me 1 1/2 hours to clean up all the pennies. We filed a claim & the staff was very flippant about it. They made me feel like I was trying to rip them off. They are sending me $30, but what I wanted was an acknowledgement and apology. I've used your company several times before, but this was a horrible experience. Mistakes happen, but the lack of customer service was what made me mad.

all was good except they forgot a couple of items....and the office got the bill a bit scrambled...however everyone was polite and on time and overall I am satisfied and grateful

Pleased overall. Would have appreciated hearing there was a two hour minimum fee; I would have moved less myself beforehand. I did read this in the paperwork received via email.
