Overall the team did a wonderful job with the physical move. One of the team members (I believe the team leader, but cannot remember his name) kept calling myself and my other staff “hun”. That was not appreciated or appropriate in a professional setting.

The office team helped me pick a truck over a video call by walking through my apartment and I finished with the movers 30 minutes early. They were great, personable, and I’d definitely use them again.

If I could give all of you more than 5 stars on your review site I would. From the first contact through the whole process we were completely satisfied. The moving day young men were extremely easy to deal with and did a fantastic job of ensuring everything was wrapped and taped so nothing was damaged. The final price was better than we thought it would be also. Thanks again for a job well done.

Had an issue with new office personnel on the first estimate we received. One phone call to the office corrected the issue and we promptly received a revised estimate.
