Our movers were friendly and polite. They accomplished the job. There was some damage to my door trim from moving a desk out of that room. They did not protect our floors and the weather was very wet and a lot of dirty wet water was tracked in. Luckily the floor is washable. Lastly, one of the workers was heavy and seemed to struggle physically, especially walking down long hallway to apartment

We appreciate the feedback and have already spoke with the movers. As far as the heavy mover, he is extremely strong, yet endurance is not his best area. Need a safe moved!? He is your man!

From the first phone call requesting help delivering my couch from Billings to Hardin was a very pleasant experience. The gentlemen were very efficient, respectful & knowledgeable about how the couch fit together.

I was charged more than double my estimate. Seems like time was being wasted which could have saved us money. $860 for just loading compared we were estimated at $320 was horrible. Would not recommend.

Gregory, we apologize that your experience was not to your expectations. Unfortunately, with elevators, multiple floors and other folks moving out at the same time it makes for a difficult move. You should not feel like you got scammed, as your estimate read 2-3 hours at a rate of $320-$480 for a move without inventory or disclosure of multiple floors. As a customer, you have every right to stop service at any time if you feel you are not being served to the highest level possible.

Great experience with the Billings branch of Two Men and A Truck! The office team was friendly, informative and extremely flexible on scheduling my move date. On the day of the move, they were on time and worked efficiently, while protecting and plastic wrapping items like wood chairs, mattresses, etc. Upon arriving at the new house, they placed everything exactly where I wanted. Very happy!
