I was charged more than double my estimate. Seems like time was being wasted which could have saved us money. $860 for just loading compared we were estimated at $320 was horrible. Would not recommend.
P.S Forgot his name, but the kid did a good job. The older guy “In charge” did not. Seemed like we got scammed.

Gregory, we apologize that your experience was not to your expectations. Unfortunately, with elevators, multiple floors and other folks moving out at the same time it makes for a difficult move. You should not feel like you got scammed, as your estimate read 2-3 hours at a rate of $320-$480 for a move without inventory or disclosure of multiple floors. As a customer, you have every right to stop service at any time if you feel you are not being served to the highest level possible.

Great experience with the Billings branch of Two Men and A Truck! The office team was friendly, informative and extremely flexible on scheduling my move date. On the day of the move, they were on time and worked efficiently, while protecting and plastic wrapping items like wood chairs, mattresses, etc. Upon arriving at the new house, they placed everything exactly where I wanted. Very happy!
