I’m worried/upset that I was overcharged for the services. Whoever I talked to in the office asked me detailed questions about the amount of stuff I had but when the day came the truck was much too large for the amount of stuff I had and I was told to ask for a smaller truck next time.

Hi Annie, thank you for contacting us. All of our local jobs are charged by the hour, rounded in 15 minute increments. Each job is based on how long the move takes to load and unload and not based on the size truck. All of our trucks are the same size so that's why it's done by the hour. They arrived on time and ready to go! The guys were so nice and even helped me unload my vehicle when we arrived without me even asking. They were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using Two Men and a truck again in the future and would recommend them to anyone in need of a truck and crew for any reason.
