Office staff was very good, including reminders by email and phone. Our job involved a piano, meaning more workers and higher price. The crew chief, however, told us that they could not set up the piano because the legs weren't marked. All three piano legs are exactly the same, so I think they just didn't want to do it.

I do not understand the $50. charge just to come out That makes you a little too expensive, but other than that, they were very nice, the movers..

The team that unloaded my U-Haul were excellent, fast, efficient and fun to talk to.

I had to cancel the first move due to health issues, there was absolutely no problem in rearranging the move day twice. I was impressed with the ease of rescheduling and then when the movers were here, the speed in which they carefully moved the furniture and made sure we were happy every step of the way.
