Two men were great, moved everything exactly as I mentioned and Were nice... even asked if we wanted furniture pads before moving

Two Men and a Truck were perfect for our move. Our movers were Josh, Corey, Devin and Steven. They were a great team, working together to fit all of our belongings into one truck. When we got to our new home they arranged furniture as we asked. The move went a little longer than expected so when the team leader realized this he informed us immediately that the time might be a little longer than the estimate. When they brought items into out house they would actually run back to the truck to get things done as quickly as possible. We just had more stuff than we realized. As it turned out the bill was right on target with the estimate. I would use this company again anytime.

The woman who coordinated the move was terrific and the two gyus that handled the move were outstanding. The handled the move as if it was their house and belongings. It was a far less stressful than I had anticipated because of them. Iandacirc;??m sorry I canandacirc;??t recall their names!

Tony and the crew were very polite.
Some constructive criticism, instead of asking someone to tell them what is in the house, send someone over to evaluate. Then at that time give an accurate truck assignment, labor hours and workers. Instead, I felt like I was throwing a party and the caterer is asking me, Sir its almost 10:00, do you want to crack open another keg? At this time, how can we say no? Most people that have lived in a house for nearly 20 years, have no clue.
We had most, not all of the boxes clearly marked, Kitchen, Joe's Room, Elly's Room, Master, Shed and Basement. All boxes ended up in basement? We signed on for another 2 hours, your company sent over another 2 men and 9 hours and 18 minutes into the move, the last box is put down. Nothing installed or put together.

I have a very unique situation going on that prompted this move, and the guys that moved my stuff were so great that it really helped make this move very pleasant. I had a sense of trustworthiness with them that led me to be able to leave them to finish unloading the truck without me being there...that was huge and so helpful for me! Thanks!

My movers came within the time promised andamp; introduced themselves. They went over all aspects of move andamp; asked if I had any questions or concerns. They sized up my items quickly andamp; went to work. They were professional, hard working andamp; very knowledgeable! Also very personable andamp; respectful. I was totally relieved andamp; very impressed...they wrapped my items amazingly well!
Overall I would say most definitely I would hire again, refer (already have) andamp; give an excellent PLUS rating!

the team was amazing. Fast, courteous, professional. I felt like they went out of their way to help more than I ever expected. Could not have made the move without this crew.

Very happy with the move. Although moves are never easy, or fun, it was as good as can be expected. James and the guys...and Selina, were very polite and worked hard non stop. And it was an extremely cold day, but never a complaint from them. 2, small issues arose and they were handled professionally. One was a very small, plastic wheel broke off of a rolling file cabinet. James offered $30 on the spot. With his immediate offer, I said I would handle on my own and would call if I could not fine one. Found at Lowes for $2 that day. And then we discovered that our family room lounger was not quite put back together correctly. Made a phone call the next day and within 30 minutes a couple guys came back and fixed it. That's customer service.

I had intended to get 3 bids-I got 2 but on the 2nd call I called 2 M and felt comfortable and confident they were big enough I could get my moving date, they cared enough to do it right and after we talked they let me know about how much room was still available in the truck which made me stop worrying that I had too much!
Moving day my hubby got called to work but we had no worries-we had you!
In the end we'd never could have done it our selves-and now we know well never have too!
